Spring forward: this year the clocks go forward 1 hour on Sunday 29th at 1am.
For a smooth easy adjustment to the new sunset and avoid feeling groggy next week::
- bring dinner and bedtimes earlier by 10-15 mins for a few days before the 29th
- go outside as early as you can in the morning, even for a few minutes. It helps your body clock re-set
- once the clock change has happened, keep to bedtimes and wake-up times consistent, even on weekends
- use lamps with warm light colour bulbs to soften the bridge between afternoon and evening, sunset and sunrise
