Check and save the following to your calendar:

• Block out school holidays in work calendar
• Known or provisional work trip dates
• Management Team or Conference days away
• Team or company socials
• Client dinners
• Professional training or course dates
• High pressure project end dates
• Dates when work PAs / EAs or admin support might be on holiday
• Commuting and office days

Ask your partner to do the same in a shared calendar so any dates where extra childcare, school pick ups, homework support or pet sitting are clear in advance.
