Since 2023, the FIDO Alliance has engaged with its members and the different working groups to establish an inventory of cryptographic algorithms and protocols, and a roadmap on PQC migration. First result was a whitepaper addressing the impact of quantum computing on the Alliance’s. FIDO Alliance is now preparing a detailed transition plan for when and how to migrate FIDO specifications to recently published PQC algorithms. The presentation will give details on this activity led now by the PQC Study Group within the Alliance, and recommendations for the enterprise market.
