Limit the Number of Attendees for an Event
Set how many people can RSVP. Once the seats are taken, the RSVP form closes on its own.
You can now set a seat limit for an event. When that many guests have said they’re going, the RSVP form closes and new visitors see “Sorry, we’re out of seats for this event.”
Set the number – Enter how many seats you have.
Closes by itself – No more RSVPs once the limit is reached.
Change it anytime – Raise the limit to open more seats, or untick it to remove the limit.
To set it, open your event, go to RSVPs, tick Limit number of attendees, enter the number and click Save.
