Add to Calendar Button for Hubspot
Hello and welcome! Are you ready to make it super easy for your audience to save your event to their calendar directly from your HubSpot emails? Today, I’ll show you how to add an “Add to Calendar” link in just a few quick steps using CalGet.
Step 1: Set Up Your Event in CalGet
First things first, head over to CalGet.com. Have you used it before? If not, don’t worry—CalGet is incredibly simple to use! It’s a free tool designed to generate calendar links that can be easily embedded into emails. Once you’re on the website, you’ll see a form ready for your event details.
So let’s start creating your event! Begin by entering the event title, adding a brief description, and filling in the location, date, and time. Once you’ve completed these fields, just hit Create Event Link. Easy, right?
Step 2: Copy the HTML Code for Your Calendar Link
After CalGet generates your link, scroll down a bit—see the HTML code? Copy that code, and it’ll be ready for us to drop into HubSpot next!
Step 3: Embed the Calendar Link in Your HubSpot Email
Now, let’s hop over to HubSpot. In your email editor, on the left side, click on More and select the HTML module. Have you used this module before? If not, just drag and drop it into your email content area.
Next, paste the HTML code you copied from CalGet into the box on the left. And voila! Your “Add to Calendar” link is now embedded in your HubSpot email.
Step 4: Preview and Send
And just like that, you’re all set! Before you send, take a quick look at the preview—does it look great? Perfect! Now, you’re ready to send your email campaign with the “Add to Calendar” feature built right in.
