Step 1: Creating Your Event

Getting started is simple:

  1. Enter Event Details

    • Provide the key information:

      • Name: What’s your event called?

      • Title: A short, catchy headline.

      • Location: Physical or virtual.

      • Description: Give your audience a reason to attend.

      • Link: Include any important URL, like a meeting link or event page.

  2. Enable RSVP Collection

    • At this stage, activate RSVP collection. This unlocks tools to track who’s attending and collect their responses.


Step 2: Managing RSVPs

Now that your event is live, head to the RSVPs Tab to monitor and manage responses.

  • Track Attendance: Attendees can respond with:

    • Yes: They’re in!

    • Maybe: They’re considering it.

    • No: Unfortunately, they can’t make it.

  • Real-Time Updates: As responses come in, you’ll see a growing list of attendee information. For example:

    • John Smith – Yes

    • Jane Smart – Maybe

    • Jeremy Short – No

  • Export Your Data: Need a spreadsheet? Just click Export to CSV, and you’ll get a file with all RSVP details neatly organized. Perfect for offline use or integrating with other tools!


Step 3: Customizing RSVP Forms
