CalGet uses a small number of third-party companies to help provide our service. Some of them process personal data on our behalf. This page lists the subprocessors we currently use, what we use them for and where they're located.
What is a subprocessor?
A subprocessor is a company we work with that may handle some of your personal data in order to help us run CalGet — things like hosting, sending email or processing payments. The data you put into CalGet stays yours, and we only use it to provide the service to you. Each subprocessor is under a written agreement with us that requires them to keep your data secure and to use it only for the work we've hired them to do.
Third-party subprocessors
This list applies to all CalGet plans. We keep it up to date as we add or remove providers.
Delivers and caches our website content, handles DNS and filters out malicious traffic.
Hosting infrastructure for the CalGet platform, database and backups.
Sends account and event email, such as confirmations, RSVP notifications and support replies.
Measures how our website is used so we can improve it.
Processes subscription payments and keeps billing records. Card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers.
Powers the live chat we use to answer support questions.
Connects CalGet to other apps and moves data between them when you set up an integration.
